7. Troubleshooting

  • Software Installation Issues: If the UDisplay software fails to install automatically or incorrectly, please contact Hagibis customer support for the installation program.
  • Reduced Transmission Range: The advertised 50-meter range is for open environments. Obstacles like walls or furniture will reduce the effective transmission distance. Adjust placement for optimal signal.
  • No Display/Signal:
    • Ensure both transmitter and receiver are properly connected and powered.
    • Verify that the correct input source is selected on your display device.
    • Check all cables for secure connections.
    • Confirm the UDisplay software is installed and running on your source device.
  • Audio Issues with VGA: If using VGA, ensure the 3.5mm audio cable is correctly connected from the receiver to your audio system.
  • Transmitter Not Working Alone: Remember that the transmitter is designed to work only with a compatible receiver. It cannot function as a standalone device.

8. User Tips

  • Multiple PCs: If you need to connect multiple PCs to a single display, you can purchase additional transmitters. The receiver supports up to 8 transmitters, allowing for easy switching between sources.
  • Compatibility: The transmitter is designed to be compatible with receivers purchased previously, ensuring continued functionality with existing setups.
  • Optimal Placement: For the best wireless performance, try to minimize obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
