Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TNICER T4X, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable and check if the charging indicator lights up.
- Cannot Pair Bluetooth: Make sure the T4X is in pairing mode (rapidly flashing indicator light). Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and visible. Try restarting both devices.
- Intercom Connection Issues:
- Ensure all units are within the specified intercom range (500-1000m).
- Check for obstructions that might interfere with the signal.
- Re-initiate the intercom connection sequence.
- The T4X supports automatic communication recovery, so a brief signal loss should resolve itself.
- Inaudible/Floating Sounds in Quiet Environments: The T4X headset is optimized for noisy environments, such as high-speed racing. In very quiet environments, you might experience inaudible or floating sounds during internal communication. This is normal behavior for this device's design.
- Poor Audio Quality:
- Check microphone and speaker connections.
- Ensure speakers are positioned correctly over your ears and the microphone is close to your mouth.
- Adjust volume levels on both the intercom and your connected device.
- The ENC Call Noise Cancellation Chip and professional MEMS microphone are designed to reduce ambient noise by 35dB, ensuring clear voice capture.
User Tips
- The T4X is designed for high-speed racers and performs optimally in noisy environments.
- Intercom communication between devices does not require a cell phone once paired.
