The dispenser offers two installation methods: adhesive or screw mounting.

Adhesive Installation (Drill-Free)

This method is suitable for smooth, non-porous surfaces. The self-adhesive backing plate can bear up to 50kg.

  1. Clean the chosen wall surface thoroughly. Ensure it is dry, smooth, and free from peeling paint or wallpaper. Compatible surfaces include Marble, Steel, Ceramic, Mirror, and Glass.
  2. Peel off the protective film from the back of the mounting plate.
  3. Firmly press the mounting plate onto the desired location on the wall for at least 30 seconds.
  4. Wait for at least 24 hours before hanging the dispenser to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
  5. Slide the dispenser onto the mounted plate until it clicks securely into place.

Screw Installation

This method is recommended for rougher or painted surfaces for maximum security.

  1. Hold the mounting plate against the wall at the desired location and mark the screw holes with a pencil.
  2. Drill pilot holes at the marked spots. For drywall, insert wall anchors.
  3. Align the mounting plate with the holes and secure it to the wall using the provided screws.
  4. Slide the dispenser onto the mounted plate until it clicks securely into place.

6. Operation

6.1 Filling the Dispenser

  1. Open the top cover of the dispenser.
  2. Carefully pour your desired liquid (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc.) into each of the two separate chambers. Avoid overfilling.
  3. Close the top cover securely.

6.2 Dispensing Liquid

The dispenser features touch-free operation with a sensitive sensor.

  • Place your hand or sponge within the sensing distance of 5-9 cm below the nozzle.
  • The dispenser will automatically dispense a pre-set amount of liquid.
  • Remove your hand to stop dispensing.

6.3 Adjusting Soap Volume

The dispenser offers 5 levels of adjustable soap volume for precise dispensing and waste reduction. Refer to the product's control panel for specific buttons or dials to adjust the volume. Typically, a button near the nozzle or on the top surface allows cycling through the dispense levels.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Thanks to its IPX7 waterproof rating, the dispenser can be confidently rinsed with water to keep it clean.

Figure 6: The AIKE AK1902 dispenser is IPX7 waterproof, allowing for confident rinsing.

  • Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth.
  • For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface.
  • Periodically clean the nozzle to prevent clogging. You can use a small brush or toothpick if necessary.

7.2 Refilling and Changing Liquids

  • When refilling, it is recommended to rinse the chambers with water if you are changing to a different type of liquid to prevent mixing and potential clogging.
  • Ensure the liquid is free of particles to maintain smooth pump operation.

7.3 Battery Replacement

  • When the dispenser's performance decreases (e.g., slow dispensing, weak sensor response), it's time to replace the batteries.
  • Follow the battery installation steps (Section 5.1) to replace all 4 AA batteries.

8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution

Sensor calibration
Ensure no objects are too close to the sensor. Check if there's an adjustment setting for sensor sensitivity (refer to product controls).

9. User Tips

  • For optimal performance, use liquids that are not too thick. If your liquid is very viscous, try diluting it slightly with water.
  • When installing with adhesive, patience is key! Waiting the full 24 hours for the adhesive to cure significantly improves its holding power.
  • Regularly check the liquid levels through the transparent chambers to avoid running out unexpectedly.
  • Experiment with the 5 adjustable soap volume levels to find the perfect amount for your needs, helping to conserve soap and reduce waste.
