3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Compatibility Check
Before installation, measure the dimensions of your original car radio. This unit is compatible if your original radio measures approximately 56mm x 186mm.

3.2 Wiring Diagram for Reversing Camera (Optional)
If you are installing an optional reversing camera, follow these wiring instructions:
- Connect the red disconnect cable to the reversing light's positive (+) terminal.
- Connect the black cable (from the camera's output) to the "GND" (ground) terminal.
- Connect the reversing (brown) detection cable to the red "Kwi" cable, which comes out of the video input cable.

3.3 Screen Angle Adjustment
The 7-inch screen is retractable and its angle can be adjusted for optimal viewing. Refer to the diagram for manual adjustment.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
To connect your smartphone wirelessly:
- On the first connection, enable Bluetooth on your phone and pair it with the car radio's Bluetooth.
- After successful pairing, the car radio will automatically switch to the Zlink or AutoLink interface.
- A message will appear on your phone asking to "use Carplay from Zlink or AutoLink". Confirm this.
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your mobile phone for CarPlay to connect.

4.2 Wired CarPlay & Android Auto
To connect your smartphone via a wired connection:
- Use the original data cable to connect your phone to the 4-pin USB port on the radio.
- Enable the CarPlay/Android Auto function on your phone.
- Select the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on the device to establish the connection.
4.3 GPS Navigation
The unit comes with built-in offline maps and offers free permanent updates. Access navigation through the dedicated app icon.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Steering Wheel Control Not Working
If your steering wheel controls are not functioning:
- Check Canbus: First, confirm if your product accessory package includes a Canbus module.
- Without Canbus (V1/V1.C/V1 Pro/V1 Pro.C models): Navigate to
Car Settings>General>SWC Type>Learning Modeand follow the on-screen instructions to program the controls. - Without Canbus (V1 Plus model): Go to
Settings>Car Information>SWC>Learning Modeand program the controls. - With Canbus: Verify the 8-pin Canbus cable interface is correctly connected. Then, select the appropriate Canbus type in the settings. If you are unsure about your Canbus model, contact customer service.
6.2 CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues
If you experience difficulty connecting CarPlay or Android Auto:
- Wireless Connection: Ensure Bluetooth is paired and Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone. Check that the Zlink or AutoLink app is running on the head unit.
- Wired Connection: Use an original, high-quality USB data cable. Ensure it's connected to the correct 4-pin USB port. Verify that CarPlay/Android Auto is enabled on your phone and the corresponding app is selected on the head unit.
6.3 Screen Retraction Issues
The product features automatic screen retraction. If the screen is not retracting or extending properly, check for any physical obstructions or debris that might be hindering its movement. Ensure the unit is powered correctly.
6.4 GPS Antenna
The GPS antenna is an external component. If you are experiencing poor GPS signal or navigation issues, ensure the external GPS antenna is securely connected to the unit and positioned in a location with a clear view of the sky (e.g., on the dashboard).
