6. User Tips

  • For optimal sound quality with condenser microphones, ensure the 48V phantom power is enabled.
  • When using for karaoke, activate the 'Noise Reduction' feature to effectively remove vocals from the original song, allowing you to sing along with the instrumental track.
  • The 'Dodge' function is particularly useful for live streaming or podcasting, as it automatically lowers background music when you speak, ensuring your voice is always clear and prominent.
  • Experiment with the various 'Special Effects' and 'Electronic Tones' to find the perfect sound for your content. The four 'Custom' buttons can be programmed for your most frequently used effects.
  • To connect two phones for simultaneous live streaming, use the dedicated 'Live Streaming' ports.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the mixer. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the mixer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
  • Avoid Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the mixer yourself, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound Output:
    • Check all cable connections to ensure they are secure.
    • Verify that the volume knobs for microphone, accompaniment, and master output are not set to minimum or muted.
    • Ensure headphones/speakers are properly connected and their volume is adjusted.
    • If using a 48V microphone, confirm the 48V switch is on.
  • Bluetooth Connection Issues:
    • Ensure the Bluetooth button is activated on the mixer.
    • Check that your device's Bluetooth is on and discoverable.
    • Move your device closer to the mixer (within 10m, no obstacles).
    • Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
  • Poor Sound Quality/Noise:
    • Activate the 'Noise Reduction' feature.
    • Check for loose cable connections.
    • Ensure microphone gain is not set too high, causing distortion.
    • Avoid placing the mixer near sources of electromagnetic interference.
  • Device Not Charging:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to a DC+5V, 1A MAX power source.
    • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
