Important: Please remove the MFB button protective case firstly when you get the Headset.

2. Setup and Connection

2.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge your Mpow G9 headset. Use the provided USB Type-C charging cable.

2.2 Power On/Off

Refer to the "Easy to Control" diagram in the Operating section for the exact location of the Power On/Off button.

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator lights up.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

The Mpow G9 uses Bluetooth 5.3 for a fast and stable connection.

1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for "Mpow G9".
4. Select "Mpow G9" from the list of available devices to connect.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will show a steady light or flash slowly.

2.4 Multipoint Connection

The Mpow G9 headset supports simultaneous connection to two devices, allowing seamless transition between them.

1. Pair the headset with the first device following the steps above.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device.
3. Pair the headset with the second device.
4. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headset should now be connected to both devices.

2.5 Attaching/Detaching the Microphone Boom

The boom microphone is magnetically designed for easy attachment and detachment.

• Attach: Align the magnetic connector of the mic boom with the corresponding port on the headset until it clicks into place.
• Detach: Gently pull the mic boom away from the headset.
• The mic boom can rotate 360° for optimal positioning.

3.1 Wearing the Headset

4.1 Cleaning

• For the soft rubber covers, they can be gently removed and cleaned with a damp cloth, then dried thoroughly before reattaching.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

4.2 Water Resistance

The Mpow G9 headset has an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning it can resist small amounts of sweat and rain. It is not recommended for swimming or submersion in water.
