  4. Power Connection: Connect the power line to the printer and a suitable AC100-230V power outlet.
  5. USB Connection: Connect the printer to your computer using the provided USB connecting line.
  6. Software Installation: Install the AcroRIP software from the provided U disk. This software is compatible with Windows operating systems only (does not support Apple software).

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Turn on the printer using the main power switch. The intelligent touch screen will light up.
  2. Software Launch: Launch the AcroRIP software on your computer.
  3. Load Print Media: Place the item to be printed on the printing platform. Ensure it is securely positioned and within the printing range (320x420mm). For cylindrical items like bottles, use the rotating fixture.
  4. Adjust Printing Height: The printer features infrared automatic height measurement. The system will detect the height of the product. You can fine-tune the platform height using the touch screen controls (Upward/Downward) if necessary. The maximum printing height is 120mm.
  5. Prepare Design: Import your design into the AcroRIP software. Configure print settings such as resolution (up to 2880*1440DPI), color configuration (including white ink output for dark materials), and print mode (embossment print is supported).
  6. Start Printing: Once settings are confirmed, initiate the print job from the software. The printer will begin the printing process, curing the UV ink as it prints.
  7. Monitor Printing: Observe the printing process. The touch screen will display the printer status.

5. Maintenance

  1. Nozzle Maintenance: The printer features an automatic flash spray function to prevent nozzle clogging. Ensure this function is active. Additionally, use the provided non-dust cloth and preservative solution for manual cleaning if needed.
  2. Cooling System Check: Regularly inspect the air-cooled and water-cooled components of the triple cooling system to ensure they are free from dust and obstructions. Proper cooling is crucial for the longevity of the UV lamp and printer components.
  3. Platform Cleaning: Keep the printing platform clean from ink residue and debris to ensure accurate placement and prevent damage to printed items.
  4. Ink System Inspection: Periodically check the ink sacs and pipelines for any leaks or blockages. Ensure ink levels are sufficient for printing.
  5. Software Updates: Keep your AcroRIP software updated to the latest version for optimal performance and compatibility.

6. Troubleshooting

  • "Printer is not online" message: If the touch screen displays this message, check the USB connection between the printer and the computer. Ensure the printer is powered on and the software is running correctly.
  • Poor Print Quality (streaks, missing colors): This often indicates a clogged nozzle. Perform a nozzle cleaning cycle through the printer's software or touch screen. If the issue persists, check ink levels and ensure the automatic flash spray is functioning.
  • Ink Curing Issues: If the ink is not curing properly, ensure the UV lamp is clean and functioning. Check the UV lamp power setting (30W) and ensure proper ventilation around the printer.
  • Platform Movement Issues: If the printing platform is not moving smoothly, check for any obstructions. Ensure the pulse motor driver is functioning correctly.
