- Poor Welding Effect: Check the welding parameters (Gear, Preheat, Trigger Time, Pause, Stitch Welding) and adjust them according to the material and thickness. Ensure the welding pens are clean and properly seated. Verify the material is within the weldable thickness range (up to 0.4mm for most materials, 0.25mm for pure nickel sheet).
- Overheating: Allow the device to cool down if it becomes excessively hot during prolonged use. Ensure proper ventilation.
- Display Issues: If the screen is unresponsive or shows abnormalities, try restarting the device.
