  • High Temperatures: Do not leave the device in an outdoor car for extended periods, as high temperatures may cause the internal battery to expand or explode.
  • Battery Disposal: Batteries should be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste, in accordance with local environmental laws and guidelines.

2. Product Overview

The Awgem MF2 is a portable Farad capacitor spot welding machine designed for precision welding tasks. It is suitable for mobile phone repair, battery assembly, metal welding, and features a burner function. The device utilizes new Farad capacitors for increased lifespan and strong output current.

3. Setup and Components

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Preparation

  1. Inspect Package Contents: Verify all items are present and undamaged.
  2. Remove Protective Films: Before first use, remove all protective films from the device and its components.

3.2 Charging

Connect the provided USB cable to a certified 5V power adapter to charge the device. The charging interface is Type-C/DC, with an input parameter of 5~20V/2A (MAX).

3.3 Welding Pen Assembly

The intelligent manual welding pen features a detachable design for easy maintenance and replacement of welding needles.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

  • Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device.
  • Change Modes: Short press the power button to cycle through different operating modes. The device features a high-quality 320*170 high-definition color screen for clear display.

4.2 Welding Operations

The Awgem MF2 offers 99 gear adjustments and 10,000 types of fine-tuned outputs to suit various welding materials and thicknesses. It supports welding up to 0.4mm thickness.

  • Integrated Diversion + Dual Pulse Welding: The device uses an integrated flow guiding and rapid cooling technology for firmer and more secure welds.
  • Precision Spot Welding: The intelligent manual welding pen allows for precise triggering and spot welding.
  • Visual Welding Area: The device incorporates ultra-thin insulation technology, increasing the weldable area and making maintenance more convenient.

4.3 Fine-Tuned Output Settings

The device offers extensive customization for welding parameters:

5. Maintenance and Care

  • Storage: After use, turn off the device and store it in a dry place, away from children.
  • Cleaning: Ensure the welding pens and contact points are clean for optimal performance. Use sandpaper (included in package) if necessary.
  • Durability: The device features a metal suspension guide rail, abandoning plastic sliding structures, to increase service life by 10 times.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Awgem MF2 Spot Welding Machine, please refer to the following general troubleshooting steps:

  • Device Not Powering On: Ensure the device is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  • Poor Welding Effect: Check the welding parameters (Gear, Preheat, Trigger Time, Pause, Stitch Welding) and adjust them according to the material and thickness. Ensure the welding pens are clean and properly seated. Verify the material is within the weldable thickness range (up to 0.4mm for most materials, 0.25mm for pure nickel sheet).
  • Overheating: Allow the device to cool down if it becomes excessively hot during prolonged use. Ensure proper ventilation.
  • Display Issues: If the screen is unresponsive or shows abnormalities, try restarting the device.
