3. Assembly Instructions
This kit requires soldering. Ensure you have appropriate soldering equipment (soldering iron, solder, flux, desoldering braid if needed) and a well-ventilated workspace. Pay close attention to component polarity and orientation.
3.1. Component Identification and Polarity
Before soldering, it is crucial to identify the polarity and orientation of certain components:
- SMD LED Chips: On the LED board, the small dot on the right side of each LED footprint indicates the negative (-) terminal. The left side is positive (+). On the individual LED chips, a small green dot on one side indicates the negative terminal.
- Main IC Chip (STC): The main IC chip has a small circular indentation on one corner. This indicates Pin 1. On the PCB, there is a corresponding notch or marking to align Pin 1.
- Electrolytic Capacitor (10V 220uF): This capacitor has a black stripe on one side, which indicates the negative (-) terminal. The PCB footprint will have a shaded area or a '+' sign to indicate the positive terminal. Align the negative stripe with the negative marking on the PCB.
- SMD Capacitors (30pf, 104) and SMD Crystal Oscillator: These components are non-polarized and can be soldered in any orientation.
- SMD Resistors (511 Ohm): These components are non-polarized and can be soldered in any orientation.
3.2. Soldering Process
Follow these steps for soldering the components onto the LED board and main control board:
- Prepare the LED Board: Solder the SMD LED chips onto the LED board. Ensure correct polarity for each LED. There are three strips of LEDs (red, green, blue).
- Prepare the Main Control Board:
- Solder the main IC chip (STC) onto its designated footprint (U1). Align the Pin 1 dot on the chip with the corresponding notch on the PCB.
- Solder the SMD capacitors (30pf, 104) onto their respective positions (C3, C4, C5).
- Solder the SMD crystal oscillator onto its position (Y).
- Solder the SMD resistors (511 Ohm) onto the R2-R9 positions.
- Solder the electrolytic capacitor (10V 220uF) onto its position (C1). Ensure correct polarity (black stripe on capacitor aligns with shaded area on PCB).
- Connect Wires to Main Control Board:
- Solder the red wire to the '5V' pad.
- Solder one black wire to the 'GND' pad.
- Solder another black wire to the 'M' pad.
- Solder the remaining wires to the 'Power interface', 'Left horn interface', and 'Right horn interface' as indicated on the board (refer to Figure 3).
- Connect Wires to LED Board: Solder the wires from the main control board to the LED board. The video demonstrates connecting two black wires and one red wire to the LED board.

3.3. Casing Assembly
Assemble the transparent acrylic casing panels using the provided screws and nuts. The panels are 1.8mm thick and crystal clear. Refer to the provided images for guidance on how the panels fit together to form the speaker enclosure.

3.4. Speaker and Control Panel Installation
Install the two 45 magnetic full frequency speakers into the designated openings in the casing. Connect the speaker wires to the 'Left horn interface' and 'Right horn interface' on the main control board. Mount the control panel, ensuring all buttons and ports (TF card socket, USB connector) are accessible.

3.5. Assembly Video Guide
For a visual step-by-step guide on component identification and soldering, please refer to the official assembly video:
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Powering On/Off
Connect the provided USB to DC power cable to the speaker's power interface and a 5V power source (e.g., mobile phone charger, computer USB port). The speaker will automatically power on. Use the 'Power switch' on the control panel to turn the speaker on or off.
4.2. Bluetooth Connection
- Ensure the speaker is powered on.
- On your mobile phone or Bluetooth-enabled device, open the Bluetooth settings.
- Scan for available devices. You should find a device named "DW-CT10-BT".
- Select "DW-CT10-BT" to connect. No password is required.
- Once connected, you can play audio from your device through the speaker.
The Bluetooth version is 5.0, compatible with most devices. The transmission distance in open areas is approximately 15 meters. The speaker supports automatic reconnection to paired devices and automatic music playback.
4.3. Music Playback (TF Card / U Disk)
Insert a TF memory card or a USB flash drive containing music files into the respective slots on the control panel. The speaker will automatically detect and play music from the inserted storage device. If Bluetooth is disconnected, it will automatically switch to TF card or USB flash drive playback.
4.4. Remote Control Functions
The kit includes an infrared remote control for convenient operation. Refer to Figure 6 for button layout.

- Power Button: Turns the speaker on/off.
- Mode Button: Switches between input modes (Bluetooth, TF card, USB).
- Mute Button: Mutes/unmutes the audio.
- Play/Pause Button: Starts or pauses music playback.
- Previous/Next Track Buttons: Skips to the previous or next song.
- Volume Up/Down Buttons: Adjusts the speaker volume.
- EQ Button: Cycles through equalizer presets.
- Number Buttons (0-9): For direct track selection (if supported by the firmware).
- RPT Button: Repeats the current track or playlist.
- U/SD Button: Switches between USB and SD card input.
4.5. Light Mode Switching
The speaker features a voice-controlled water light module and a chip spectrum module for cool lighting effects. Use the 'Light mode switching' button on the control panel to cycle through different lighting patterns.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the acrylic casing. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may scratch or damage the surface.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Power: Always use a DC 3.7-5V power supply. Exceeding 5V can damage the circuit.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your speaker kit, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/No lights | Incorrect power connection | Ensure the USB power cable is securely connected to a 5V power source and the speaker's power interface. Check the power switch. |
| No sound | Volume too low | Increase the volume using the remote control or device. |
| Incorrect audio source | Ensure the correct mode (Bluetooth, TF, USB) is selected. Check if Bluetooth is connected or if a storage device is inserted. | |
| Speaker wires disconnected | Verify that the speaker wires are securely soldered and connected to the main control board. | |
