6. Maintenance

The TAXNELE D52-2066 meter requires minimal maintenance. Keep the device clean and free from dust. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or direct moisture. Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself, as this may void the warranty and pose safety risks.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Indicator light does not illuminate: Check whether the power supply is normal and properly connected.
  • Inaccurate readings: Calibration may be required. If readings appear consistently incorrect, contact support.
  • Abnormal noise: Immediately discontinue use and contact maintenance service.
  • WiFi connection issues: If the WiFi connection fails or disconnects after some time, try resetting the meter's WiFi by long-pressing the WiFi button until it enters pairing mode again, then re-add it through the app. Ensure your WiFi network is stable and within range.

8. User Tips

  • For optimal performance and accurate readings, ensure the current transformer (CT) is correctly installed according to the wiring diagrams for your specific model (Built-in or External CT).
  • Regularly check the app for firmware updates to ensure the best performance and security for your device.
  • If experiencing persistent WiFi connectivity problems, ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz network, as many smart home devices do not support 5GHz.
