4. Setup and Installation

- Charge the Camera: Before first use, open the power button and charge the camera for approximately 10 hours using the provided charging cable.

- Connectivity Choice: Determine whether you have the 4G Camera Version or the WiFi Camera Version.
- 4G Camera Version: Requires a 4G SIM card (not included). Does NOT support WiFi connection. Ensure your SIM card does not have a PIN password enabled.
- WiFi Camera Version: Requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Does NOT support 4G SIM card connection.

4.3 Installation Methods

- Micro SD Card: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the designated slot for local storage.
- Cloud Storage: A cloud storage service is available (subscription required) for secure off-site video backup.

- Q: Does this solar camera include a battery?
A: Yes, the security camera has a built-in 10000mAh battery. All options include the battery. - Q: What App does this camera use?
A: It uses the UBOX app. You can download it by scanning the QR code in the user manual. - Q: What is the difference between the 4G camera and the WiFi camera?
A: The 4G camera only supports 4G SIM card connection and does NOT support WiFi. The WiFi camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connection and does NOT support 4G. - Q: Why can't blue lights turn on when trying the 4G connection?
A: Please contact customer support to check the SIM card band frequency. Also, ensure your 3G/4G SIM card does not have a PIN password enabled.
