6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
  • For the silicone strap, you can use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the watch's finish and materials.

6.2 General Care

  • Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes.
  • Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields, which can affect the accuracy of the quartz movement.
  • Ensure the crown is always pushed in completely to maintain water resistance.
  • If the watch glass fogs up, it may indicate a loss of water resistance. Have it inspected by a professional.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Watch Not Running

  • Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If it's pulled out, the watch will not run.
  • The battery may be depleted. A quartz watch typically requires a battery replacement every 1-2 years. Consult a professional watch repair service for battery replacement.

7.2 Date Not Changing

  • Ensure the time is set correctly, especially AM/PM. The date typically changes around midnight.
  • Manually adjust the date as described in Section 4.2. If it still doesn't change, there might be a mechanical issue requiring professional inspection.

7.3 Chronograph Hands Not Resetting to Zero

  • Ensure the chronograph is stopped before pressing the reset button.
  • If the hands are misaligned, some quartz chronographs allow for manual adjustment of the sub-dial hands. Refer to specific movement instructions if available, or consult a professional.

8. User Tips

  • The silicone strap is known for its comfort and durability, making it suitable for active lifestyles.
  • The watch's design is bold and eye-catching, making it a statement piece for both casual and sporty outfits.

9. Warranty and Support

For any issues not covered in this manual, or for warranty claims, please contact the seller or authorized service center. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Do not attempt to open or repair the watch yourself, as this may void the warranty.
