4. Product Overview

5. Setup and Pairing

5.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.

5.2 Pairing with a Device

  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "aigo TU01" from the list.
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

6. Operation

The Aigo TU01 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for various functions and support multi-mode switching for different usage scenarios.

6.1 Touch Controls

  • Volume Control: Click on the touch area (R for Volume+, L for Volume-).
  • Play/Pause: Double click on the touch area (R/L).
  • Activate Voice Assistant: Three click touch area (R/L).
  • Previous/Next Song: Long press the touch area for 2 seconds (Previous/Next).
  • Switch Modes (Music/Esports): Continuously tap the headphone's lifting position (R/L) 4 times to switch between electronic device mode and normal mode.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Short press the touch area (L or R) when calling.
  • Reject Phone Calls: Long press the touch area for 2 seconds (L or R) when calling.
  • Hang Up Phone: Short press the touch area twice (L or R) during a call.

6.2 Multi-Mode Switching

The earbuds support switching between Normal mode (for music) and Esports mode (for gaming) to optimize performance for different activities.

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquids or sprays.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Water Resistance: The earbuds are rated IP56 waterproof, meaning they are protected against dust and high-pressure water jets. They are suitable for sports and can withstand sweat and rain, but should not be submerged in water.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Aigo TU01 headset, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try searching again.
  • No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often resets the connection.
  • Charging issues: Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
  • Poor call quality: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. The ENC dual microphones are designed to reduce ambient noise for clearer communication.
  • Low latency in gaming: Make sure you have switched to Esports mode by tapping the touch area 4 times.
