6. Troubleshooting
- WiFi Speed Issues: The WiFi speed (e.g., 10-30 Mbps for 2.4G, 100-300 Mbps for 5G) on the TV box may not match that of smartphones or other devices due to differences in WiFi chip specifications. For optimal performance, ensure your WiFi router is placed in close proximity to the TV box.
- Less Available Memory: The actual usable memory (RAM/ROM) will be less than the advertised total. This is normal as the operating system and pre-installed applications occupy a portion of the memory.
- App Compatibility: Not all applications may be compatible with the TV box, even those certified by Google. Compatibility depends on the TV box firmware and the specific version of the application provided by its developer.
- Ethernet Connection: The DQ08 Pro TV Box includes an Ethernet cable input for a stable wired internet connection.
7. User Tips
- Optimize WiFi: To maximize your wireless internet speed, position your WiFi router as close as possible to the DQ08 Pro TV Box.
- App Management: If you encounter issues with certain applications, check for updates to both the app and the TV box firmware. Not all apps are guaranteed to be compatible.
- Wired Connection: For the most stable internet connection, especially when streaming high-resolution content, utilize the Ethernet port.
