Setup

1. Connectivity Modes

The WK60 keyboard supports three connection modes: Wired (USB-C), 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth. Choose the mode that best suits your needs.

  • Wired Mode (USB-C): Connect the keyboard to your device using the provided USB-C cable. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode.
  • 2.4GHz Wireless Mode:
    1. Locate the 2.4GHz wireless receiver (USB dongle) in the package.
    2. Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
    3. Ensure the toggle switch on the keyboard is set to the '2.4G' position.
    4. The keyboard should connect automatically.

Operating Instructions

1. RGB Backlight Modes

  • Checking Battery Level: In 2.4G or Bluetooth mode, press FN + Enter. The backlight will turn off, and digital keys 1 through 0 will light up in red to indicate the battery ratio. For example, 1 lit indicates 10% battery, 1-2 lit indicates 20%, and so on. 0 lit indicates full power.
  • Charging: Connect the keyboard to a USB power source using the USB-C cable. The keyboard will charge automatically.

3. Hot-swapping Switches

The WK60 features a hot-swappable PCB, allowing you to easily replace 3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches without soldering.

  2. Remove Switch: Use the provided switch puller to carefully grip the top and bottom clips of the switch. Pull the switch straight up to remove it from the PCB.
  3. Insert New Switch: Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB. Gently push the switch down until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent.
  4. Replace Keycap: Place the keycap back onto the new switch.

4. Pro Software (Macro Programming)

The Womier Pro Software allows for advanced customization, including macro recording and editing, to personalize your keyboard experience.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure the keyboard's toggle switch is in the correct position (2.4G or BT).
