  • Regularly clean your keyboard with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For dust and debris between keycaps, use compressed air.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the keycaps or finish.

  • Replacing Keycaps/Switches: Align the keycap/switch with the stem/socket and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the switch pins are straight before inserting to prevent bending.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

  • 2.4GHz Wireless: Ensure the USB dongle is securely plugged in and the keyboard switch is set to '2.4G'. Try a different USB port.
  • Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard switch is set to 'BT'. Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pair. Make sure the keyboard is charged.
  • Wired: Check if the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB-C cable or port.

6.2 Backlight Not Working or Customizing

  • Ensure the keyboard is powered on and charged.
  • Use the FN + Del and FN + \| combinations to cycle through effects and colors.
  • If using the driver software, ensure it is installed correctly and the keyboard is connected.

6.3 Keys Not Responding

  • If individual keys are not responding, gently remove the keycap and then the switch using the provided tools. Re-insert the switch firmly, ensuring the pins are aligned.
  • If multiple keys are not responding, try resetting the keyboard (refer to the driver software or manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if available).
