2. Setup Guide
2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Connecting Your Mouse
The R1 mouse supports three connection modes: Wired (USB-C), 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.2. You can easily switch between these modes using the switch on the bottom of the mouse.

2.2.1 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver, usually stored in a compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
- Plug the 2.4GHz USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position.
- The mouse should connect automatically.
2.2.2 Bluetooth 5.2 Connection
- Slide the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'BT' position.
- On your computer or device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- The mouse should appear as 'R1mouse' or similar in the list of available devices. Select it to pair.
- If prompted for a code, enter '0000' or refer to your device's Bluetooth pairing instructions.
2.2.3 Wired USB-C Connection
- Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the front port of the mouse.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to an available USB port on your computer.
- The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.
2.3 Driver Software Installation
For advanced customization such as DPI adjustment, polling rate settings, and macro programming, install the official Attack Shark R1 driver software. This software allows you to personalize your mouse settings to optimize your gaming and work experience.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 DPI Adjustment
The R1 mouse features a PixArt PAW3311 sensor with up to 18,000 DPI. You can adjust the DPI settings in 6 levels, either through the dedicated DPI cycle button on the mouse or via the driver software for more precise control.

3.2 Button Functions
The R1 mouse has 6 programmable buttons:
- Left Click
- Right Click
- Middle Button (Scroll Wheel Click)
- Forward Button
- Backward Button
- DPI Cycle Button (default)
These buttons can be customized using the driver software to assign macros or other functions.
3.3 Polling Rate
The polling rate can be adjusted from 125Hz to 1000Hz via the driver software, allowing you to optimize responsiveness for different tasks or games.
3.4 Smart Sleep Function
The R1 mouse is equipped with an automatic sleep function to conserve battery life:
- Light Sleep: Enters immediately after a period of no operation. Move the mouse to wake up.
- Deep Sleep: Enters after 10 minutes of inactivity. Click any mouse button to wake up.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Charging the Battery
The R1 mouse has a 300mAh rechargeable battery. Connect the mouse to your computer using the provided USB-C cable to charge. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 65 hours of usage.

4.2 Cleaning
To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the mouse's internal components. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Mouse Not Responding
- Check Battery: Ensure the mouse is charged. Connect it via USB-C cable to charge.
- Check Connection: Verify the 2.4GHz receiver is securely plugged in, or Bluetooth is paired correctly. For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is firmly connected.
- Mode Switch: Confirm the switch on the bottom of the mouse is set to the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT, or wired).
- Wake from Sleep: If the mouse is in deep sleep, click any button to wake it up.
5.2 Connectivity Issues
- 2.4GHz Interference: Move the receiver closer to the mouse or try a different USB port. Avoid placing the receiver near other wireless devices that might cause interference.
- Bluetooth Pairing: If pairing fails, remove the mouse from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again. Ensure the mouse is in BT pairing mode (long press the BT mode switch if necessary).
5.3 Compatibility
