4.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse features a one-click switch for six-speed DPI adjustment. Press the dedicated DPI button (usually located near the scroll wheel or on the bottom) to cycle through the preset DPI settings. The current DPI level may be indicated by an LED light or through software.

4.2 Polling Rate (L8Max 8k-Black, L8Max 8k-White)

These specific models support high polling rates:

  • Wireless Mode: Default 1KHz, adjustable up to 4KHz.
  • Wired Mode: Default 1KHz, adjustable up to 8KHz.

To adjust the polling rate, you may need to use the dedicated software provided by Mechanic. For wireless 4KHz, ensure the bottom switch is set to the appropriate position and the receiver is connected. For wired 8KHz, simply connect the data cable to the mouse and computer.
