Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the ZUIDID YK-M03 Portable AM/FM Shortwave Radio. This compact and versatile radio is designed for excellent reception and ease of use, featuring a large digital display, alarm clock, and sleep timer functions. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper operation and to get the most out of your device.

Setup
1. Power Supply
The YK-M03 radio can be powered by two (2) AA batteries or an external DC 3V adapter (purchased separately).
- Battery Installation:
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the radio.
- Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely. The battery compartment includes a ribbon for easy battery removal.
- DC Adapter (Optional):
- Connect a compatible DC 3V adapter (not included) to the DC jack on the side of the radio.
- Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.

2. Antenna Adjustment
For optimal FM and SW reception, extend the telescopic antenna fully and rotate it for the best signal. For AM reception, the radio uses a built-in ferrite bar antenna, so antenna adjustment is not typically required, but rotating the radio itself may improve reception.
