4. Setup Instructions

4.1. Initial Preparation

  • **Memory Card:** Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card (up to 64GB) into the dash cam. It is recommended to format the card within the dash cam settings before first use and periodically thereafter.
  • **Power Source:** The dash cam operates via a corded electric connection, typically using the included car charger.

4.2. Mounting the Dash Cam

  1. Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
  2. Attach the dash cam to the windshield using the provided viscose mount, ensuring a clear view of the road ahead.
  3. Adjust the front camera lens to capture the desired field of view.

4.3. Rear Camera Installation

The rear camera is designed to be installed at the back of your vehicle. It is recommended to install it outside for optimal rear view recording. The rear camera is waterproof.

  1. Mount the rear camera securely, typically above the license plate or on the rear window.
  2. Route the video cable from the rear camera to the main dash cam unit.
  3. If you have the 'With parking line' variant, connect the reverse auxiliary cable to your car's reverse light power source for automatic display of parking guidelines when reversing.

4.4. Wiring for Power and Parking Monitor

Connect the car charger to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and the dash cam. For 24-hour parking monitoring, a separate hardwire kit (not included in all packages) is required. This kit connects directly to your car's fuse box.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts. It will power off automatically when the vehicle is turned off.

5.2. Recording Modes

The dash cam supports simultaneous 3-channel recording: Front (1080P), Cabin (720P), and Rear (720P).

5.3. Loop Recording

The dash cam automatically overwrites the oldest video files when the memory card is full, ensuring continuous recording. Important footage can be protected from being overwritten by the G-Sensor.

5.4. G-Sensor & Emergency Lock

The built-in 3-axis G-sensor automatically detects sudden collisions or impacts. When triggered, it locks the current video footage to prevent it from being overwritten, securing important evidence.

5.5. 24-Hour Parking Monitor

With a hardwire kit (sold separately), the dash cam can monitor your vehicle for 24 hours. It uses motion detection to automatically record video if it detects a collision or shake while parked.

The dash cam features 1080P Night Vision with Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and IR Cadin Lights (F2.0 Aperture) to provide high-quality videos and excellent visual experience even in low-light conditions.

5.7. WiFi Connectivity & App Control
