Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of your speaker.

4. Controls and Interfaces

Familiarize yourself with the control panel located on the top of the speaker:

  • Microphone Input: Connect the wired microphone.
  • Auxiliary Input (AUX): Connect external audio devices via a 3.5mm audio cable.
  • Mixing Knob: Adjust microphone echo/mixing level.
  • TF Slot: Insert a TF (MicroSD) card for MP3 playback.
  • USB Interface: Insert a USB flash drive for MP3 playback.
  • Power Switch: Turn the speaker ON or OFF.
  • Electronic Screen: Displays current mode, volume, and other information.
  • Mode Selection (M): Cycle through Bluetooth, FM Radio, AUX, USB, and TF card modes.
  • Color Light Control: Change or turn off the RGB lighting effects.
  • Charging Port (DC 5V): Connect the USB charging cable.
  • Volume Knob: Rotate to adjust the main volume.
  • Playback Controls: Play/Pause, Previous Track, Next Track buttons.

The included remote control provides access to all these functions and more from a distance.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V charging port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator on the electronic screen will show charging status. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.
  4. Disconnect the charger once fully charged to preserve battery life.

5.2 Power On/Off

Locate the Power Switch on the top panel. Flip it to the 'ON' position to power on the speaker. Flip it to the 'OFF' position to power off.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth mode (indicated on the electronic screen).
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select 'ZQS6212' from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the electronic screen may indicate a successful connection.

5.4 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing (Optional)

To connect two ZQS-6212 speakers for a stereo experience:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but NOT connected to any device.
  2. On one of the speakers (this will be your primary speaker), press and hold the 'Mode' button (or a dedicated TWS button if available, refer to remote).
  3. The speakers will attempt to pair with each other. You will hear a confirmation sound once TWS pairing is successful.
  4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 5.3. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Switching Modes

Press the 'Mode' button on the top panel or remote control to cycle through the available input modes: Bluetooth, FM Radio, AUX, USB, and TF Card.

6.2 Bluetooth Mode

After successful pairing (see section 5.3), you can play audio from your connected device. Use your device's controls or the speaker's playback buttons (Play/Pause, Previous/Next Track) to manage music.

6.3 USB/TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or TF card (pre-loaded with MP3 audio files) into the respective slot.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB/TF mode and begin playing music. If not, press the 'Mode' button to select the correct mode.
  3. Use the playback buttons (Play/Pause, Previous/Next Track) on the speaker or remote to control playback.

6.4 AUX Mode

  1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX input port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end to the audio output of your external device (e.g., laptop, MP3 player).
  3. Press the 'Mode' button to select AUX mode.
  4. Control playback and volume from your external device.

6.5 FM Radio Mode

  1. Press the 'Mode' button to select FM Radio mode.
  2. Press and hold the 'Play/Pause' button to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Use the 'Previous/Next Track' buttons to navigate between saved stations.

6.6 Microphone Usage

  1. Connect the wired microphone to the Microphone Input port.
  2. Ensure the microphone's power switch (if any) is ON.
  3. Adjust the main volume knob on the speaker and the 'Mixing Knob' to control microphone volume and echo effect.

6.7 RGB Light Control

Press the 'Color Light Control' button on the top panel or remote to cycle through different RGB lighting modes or to turn the lights off.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
  • Avoid Water: This speaker is NOT waterproof. Keep it away from water and moisture to prevent damage.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect the charging cable and try again. Check the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • No Sound: Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode is selected. Check all cable connections in AUX mode.
  • Bluetooth Not Connecting: Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and not connected to another device. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, then try pairing again. Clear previous pairings on your device if necessary.
  • Microphone Not Working: Ensure the microphone is securely plugged into the correct port. Check the microphone's power switch (if applicable) and adjust the 'Mixing Knob' and main volume.
  • Poor FM Reception: Try repositioning the speaker to improve signal reception.
  • Remote Control Not Working: Check the battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the speaker's sensor.
