2. Setup

2.2 Power Connection
Connect the power adapter to the printer's power socket and then to a suitable power outlet. Turn on the power switch located on the front panel of the printer.
2.3 Paper Loading

- Open the printer cover.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Basic Ticket Printing
To print a queue ticket, simply press the red button located on the top of the printer. The printer will automatically print the next sequential number.

3.2 Automatic Number Reset
By default, the queuing number will automatically reset to '001' at 0:00 (midnight) each night.
3.3 Manual Number Reset
If you need to manually reset the number sequence (e.g., to start from '001' again during the day), follow these steps:
- Turn off the printer's power switch.
- Press and hold the 'FEED' button.
- While holding the 'FEED' button, turn on the power switch.
- Listen for a "di, di" sound.
- Once you hear the sound, press the red button. The printer will reset its counter to '001'.
3.4 Customizing Print Content
The ticket text can be edited on a computer via the USB cable. This allows you to add information such as a store name, phone number, address, or other custom messages. To access the necessary software and instructions for editing, please contact the seller.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Paper Replacement
The thermal paper roll features a red warning strap. When this strap becomes visible, it indicates that the paper is nearing its end and needs to be replaced soon.
