Maintenance

Troubleshooting

No Power:
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
No Image/Signal:
  • Check if the correct input source (HDMI, USB) is selected on the projector.
  • Ensure the connected device (laptop, smartphone) is powered on and outputting a signal.
  • For screen mirroring, verify both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and mirroring is activated on your phone.
Blurred Image:
Adjust the manual focus wheel on the projector until the image is sharp. If the image is distorted, use the keystone correction feature via the remote control.
No Sound:
  • Check the volume settings on both the projector and the connected source device.
  • If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on.
  • Verify that the audio output is not muted.
Remote Control Not Working:
Check and replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the projector's IR receiver.
