Maintenance
- Cleaning the Lens: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently wipe the projector lens. Do not use abrasive cleaners or excessive force.
- Cleaning the Casing: Wipe the projector's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no liquid enters the device.
- Ventilation: Ensure the projector's ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating. Regularly check for dust accumulation and gently clean with compressed air if necessary.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry, dust-free environment.
- Lamp Life: The LED light source has a lifespan of over 50,000 hours, requiring minimal maintenance.
Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No Image/Signal:
- Check if the correct input source (HDMI, USB) is selected on the projector.
- Ensure the connected device (laptop, smartphone) is powered on and outputting a signal.
- For screen mirroring, verify both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and mirroring is activated on your phone.
- Blurred Image:
- Adjust the manual focus wheel on the projector until the image is sharp. If the image is distorted, use the keystone correction feature via the remote control.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume settings on both the projector and the connected source device.
- If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on.
- Verify that the audio output is not muted.
- Remote Control Not Working:
- Check and replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the projector's IR receiver.
