3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

• Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The integrated LED digital display on the case will show the charging status and battery percentage.
• Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status of each earbud (L/R).
• Wireless Charging: The charging case supports wireless charging. Place the case on a compatible wireless charging pad (not included).

3.2 Initial Pairing (One-Step Pairing)

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Music Playback Control

The TOZO T21 earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls. Specific gestures can be customized via the TOZO App.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
