3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The integrated LED digital display on the case will show the charging status and battery percentage.
- Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status of each earbud (L/R).
- Wireless Charging: The charging case supports wireless charging. Place the case on a compatible wireless charging pad (not included).


3.2 Initial Pairing (One-Step Pairing)
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer).
- Search for "TOZO T21" in the Bluetooth device list and select it to connect.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when the case is opened, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
3.3 TOZO App Installation
For enhanced features and customization, download the official TOZO App from your device's app store.
- Search for "TOZO" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Install the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your T21 earbuds.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
4.2 Music Playback Control
The TOZO T21 earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls. Specific gestures can be customized via the TOZO App.
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
- Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
4.3 Call Management
The earbuds utilize Dual-mic DNS Call Noise Cancellation for clear calls.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press on either earbud for 2 seconds.

- Activate Voice Assistant: Long press on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).

5.1 Cleaning

6.1 Earbuds Not Pairing
