4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
The SGS Pro is equipped with a 500mAh high-performance LiPo battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.
- Connect the Type-C USB magnetic cable to the magnetic charging port on the SGS Pro.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
- The OLED display will show the battery indicator bar, indicating charging status.
- A full charge provides up to 2 hours of uninterrupted work.
The device can be charged directly via the magnetic cable or by placing it in the optional magnetic wireless charger stand (L or S size).


4.2 Installing/Changing Bits
The SGS Pro uses 2.35mm diameter bits, compatible with most bits on the market.
- Ensure the device is powered off.
- Unscrew the chuck at the tip of the pen.
- Insert the desired engraving or polishing bit into the chuck.
- Screw the chuck back on tightly to secure the bit.

The SGS Pro offers adjustable speeds from 10,000 RPM to 30,000 RPM. There are pre-set modes and a Smart "A" mode:
- "A" Mode (Auto Sensing): 10,000 - 30,000 RPM. Automatically adjusts torque, RPM, and direction based on the material.
- Mode 1 (Low): 15,000 RPM
- Mode 2 (Medium): 20,000 RPM
- Mode 3 (High): 25,000 RPM
- Mode 4 (Maximum): 30,000 RPM

5.3 Smart Motion Control (SMC)
The exclusive SMC system in "A" mode helps you find the optimal torque, RPM, and direction for your task, especially when working with new materials. This eliminates the need for constant manual adjustments.

5.4 App Customization
For precise control, download the ARROWMAX smartphone app (available for Android and iOS).
- Download and install the "Arrowmax" app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Connect the SGS Pro to your device via Bluetooth.
- Use the app to precisely customize speed by every 500 RPM and set forward/reverse direction for each of the 4 modes.
- Customized settings are automatically saved to the SGS Pro's memory.


5.5 Smart Memory Function
The SGS Pro remembers your last used settings (speed and direction) and will automatically apply them when powered on, allowing you to resume your work efficiently.
5.6 Working with Materials
The SGS Pro is suitable for a variety of materials including plastic, wood, stone, steel, aluminum, gold, glass, ceramics, and crystals/minerals like jade. Select the appropriate bit and speed for the material you are working with.

- Cleaning: After each use, gently wipe the pen body with a soft, dry cloth. Remove any dust or debris from the chuck area.
