Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse surface. For the honeycomb cut-outs, a can of compressed air can help remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Cable Care: Do not sharply bend or pull the parachute cord wire. Store the mouse in a way that prevents the cable from being crimped or tangled.
- Storage: When not in use, store the mouse in a clean, dry environment away from extreme temperatures.
- Sensor Maintenance: Keep the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse clean and free from obstructions for optimal tracking performance.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer.
- Try plugging the mouse into a different USB port.
- Restart your computer.
- Check if the mouse works on another computer to rule out a system-specific issue.
- DPI not changing:
- Press the DPI button (Button 6) to cycle through settings. Observe if the indicator lights change.
- If using custom DPI settings, ensure the driver software is running and settings are applied correctly.
- RGB lighting not working or stuck:
- Short press the bottom button to toggle the strip light effect.
- Check the driver software for RGB lighting settings and ensure they are enabled and configured as desired.
- Ensure the mouse is properly connected to the computer.
