A1: When connected to dual or triple monitors, devices running macOS only support screen mirroring, which means it only supports AAAA or ABBB display modes. It does NOT support differential display (ABCD).

Q2: How can I troubleshoot if my dual monitors cannot achieve 4K@60Hz simultaneously?

A2: This might be due to the bandwidth limitation of the laptop. You can take the following steps:
1). Ensure that your laptop supports DP 1.4.
2). Replace your HDMI cables with high-standard HDMI cables.

Q3: Why can't I charge at 100W?

A3: This product can support up to 85W for the laptop, and reserves 15W to power the hub itself, ensuring that other external devices have enough power to operate. It is advised to use a wall charger and cable that both support 100W PD charging.

Q4: Does this hub get hot?
