The Sensecap T1000-E features a 700mAh rechargeable lithium battery. For optimal performance and longevity:

The device has an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. While robust, avoid submerging the device in water or exposing it to high-pressure water streams.

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the magnetic charging cable and check for the LED indicator.
  • No GPS signal: Ensure the device has a clear view of the sky for optimal GPS reception. Toggle GPS on/off using the button (3 presses).
  • Meshtastic app not connecting: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the tracker. Ensure the Meshtastic app is up-to-date.
