3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Place the Unit: Position the water flosser on a flat, stable surface near an electrical outlet and a sink.
  3. Fill the Water Tank: Lift the top cover and remove the water tank. Fill the tank with lukewarm water. For best results, use distilled water or a mixture of water and mouthwash. Place the tank back onto the base, ensuring it is properly seated. Press down firmly on the reservoir to ensure there is no gap spacing and to prevent leaks.
  4. Insert a Tip: Select the desired flossing tip. Insert the tip into the center of the knob on the handle until you hear a "click" to ensure it is fully engaged and locked into place.
  5. Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard AC100-240V, 50/60Hz electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Select Pressure Setting: Turn the 10 Pressure Settings Control dial on the base to your desired pressure level. Start with a low setting (1-3) and gradually increase as you become accustomed to the water flosser.
  2. Position the Tip: Lean over the sink and place the tip in your mouth, aiming the water jet at your gumline at a 90-degree angle.
  3. Turn On: Flip the On/Off Switch on the base to the 'ON' position.
  4. Begin Flossing: Guide the tip along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Allow the water to flow into the sink. The nozzle rotates 360 degrees, allowing you to reach all areas of your mouth.
  5. Pause Function: Use the Pause Button on the handle to temporarily stop the water flow without turning off the unit.
  6. Continue Flossing: Floss for approximately 90 seconds, or until the water tank is empty.
  7. Turn Off: Once finished, flip the On/Off Switch on the base to the 'OFF' position.
  8. Remove Tip: Press the Tip Pop-UP Knob on the handle to release and remove the flossing tip.

5. Maintenance

  1. Empty and Dry Tank: After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank and allow it to air dry to prevent mold and mildew growth.
  2. Clean the Unit: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Clean Tips: Rinse flossing tips under running water after each use. For deeper cleaning, tips can be soaked in a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part white vinegar for 5-10 minutes, then rinsed thoroughly.
  4. Replace Tips: Flossing tips should be replaced every 3-6 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear. Periodontal tips, in particular, may tear and require replacement if worn.
  5. Descaling (if needed): If mineral deposits build up, fill the water tank with warm water and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Run the solution through the unit until half empty, then pause for 20 minutes. Finish running the solution, then rinse by running a full tank of clean water through the unit.
