6. Setup and Connection

6.1. Tri-Mode Switching

The M3 Micro Pro supports three connection modes: 2.4G Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired. Use the three-section switch on the bottom of the mouse (labeled 10 in Figure 2) to select your desired mode:

6.2. Wired Connection

Simply connect the mouse to your computer using the provided USB Type-C cable. The mouse will automatically be recognized and function in wired mode. If both wired and wireless connections are active, the wired mode will be prioritized.

6.3. 2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Switch the three-section mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the G icon (Right dial). The green light at the scroll wheel position will stay on for three seconds and then go out, indicating 2.4G mode is active.
  2. For optimal wireless experience, insert the 2.4G NANO receiver into the complimentary adapter, then connect the adapter to the USB Type-C cable. Place the receiver approximately 10cm from the mouse to reduce delay and interference.
  3. If the 2.4G connection is not functioning (e.g., if the factory pairing is lost), you can re-pair:
    • With the switch on the bottom set to the G icon, simultaneously press the Left, Middle (scroll wheel click), and Right buttons. The green light of the scroll wheel will flash, indicating pairing mode.
    • Insert the 2.4G NANO receiver into a USB port on your computer.
    • Once connected successfully, the indicator light will turn off.

  2. To enter pairing mode, with the switch on the bottom set to the B icon, simultaneously press the Left, Middle (scroll wheel click), and Right buttons. The blue light of the scroll wheel will flash, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your computer or device, open Bluetooth settings and search for "M3 Mouse".
