Important Note: After setting any parameter, you must disconnect both Power+ and GND cables, and then reconnect them. This action saves the settings. If you only disconnect Power+, the settings will not be saved properly.
5. Maintenance
The ELING 85mm 6 in 1 Multi-function Tachometer is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance. Keep the display clean using a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or bezel. Ensure all electrical connections remain secure and free from corrosion.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your gauge, please check the following:
- No Power/Display: Verify that the IGN+ and GND connections are secure and receiving the correct voltage (12V/24V).
- Incorrect Readings: Ensure that the sensor signals (RPM, TEMP, Oil Pressure, Fuel Gauge) are correctly connected and that the parameter settings (OILP, PULSE, OIL, ATER) match your specific sensors. Remember to save settings by disconnecting and reconnecting power.
- Buttons Unresponsive: Check the external button connection.
For persistent issues, please refer to the wiring guide and parameter setting instructions carefully. If problems continue, contact ELING customer support for assistance.
