4. Setup Instructions
4.1. App Installation
- Download the “MOES” Application from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The MOES App is recommended for enhanced compatibility and features, though Tuya Smart/Smart Life App also works.
- Register or Log in: Enter the Register/Login interface. Tap “Register” to create an account by entering your phone number to get a verification code and set a password. Choose “Log in” if you already have a MOES account.
4.2. Device Pairing
- Install the smart bulb into a standard E27 light socket.
- Ensure the bulb is powered on.
- Reset the bulb to pairing mode: Turn the light switch ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON. Ensure the time interval between ON/OFF cycles is not too short (turn off after the light is on). The bulb will rapidly blink (approximately 2 times per second) to indicate it is in pairing mode.
- Open the MOES App. Tap the icon “+” on the top corner of the “My device” page.
- Choose your device type: Light Source (BLE+Wi-Fi).
- Follow the instructions in the APP to connect the lamp.
- Once connected, the lamp will appear in your device list, and you can control it from anywhere.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Control (App)
After successful pairing, you can control the bulb via the MOES/Tuya Smart App:
- Turn On/Off: Tap the bulb icon in the app.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the slider in the app to adjust brightness from 1% to 100%.

5.2. Voice Control

5.5. Scheduling and Timers
Set schedules for your smart bulb to automatically turn on or off at preset times, aligning with your daily routine. You can also configure special timers like a 'Wake-up Timer' with a fade-in effect or a 'Sleep Timer' with a fade-out effect for enhanced comfort.


5.6. Biorhythm Timer
The Biorhythm Timer feature allows you to customize lighting schedules throughout the day to mimic natural light cycles, promoting well-being. Set specific times for 'Wake', 'Sunlight', 'Comfortable', and 'Night light' modes.

5.7. Group Control and Family Access
You can group multiple smart bulbs together in the app to control them simultaneously. Additionally, the app allows you to share device control with family members, enabling everyone in the household to manage the smart lighting.


5.8. Do Not Disturb Function
The MOES/Tuya Smart App includes a 'Do Not Disturb' function to prevent the bulb from suddenly turning on after a power failure. This setting can be configured in the app to maintain your preferred light status.

10. Warranty and Support
10.1. Warranty Information
Products are covered by a 24-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase by a retail customer. To exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must present the warranty card and proof of purchase (VAT invoice, financial receipt, or other document confirming the actual date of purchase).
If product quality problems occur within 24 months from the date of receipt, please prepare the product and packaging and contact the place or store of purchase for after-sales maintenance. If the product is damaged due to personal reasons, a maintenance fee may be charged.
The warranty does not cover:
