3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully unpack the power supply and inspect it for any signs of damage. Ensure all accessories listed in the packaging are present, including the power cord and testing lines.

3.2 Power Connection

  1. Set Input Voltage: Locate the 110V/220V diverter switch on the back panel. Ensure it is set to match your local mains voltage (110V or 220V).
  2. Connect Power Cord: Plug the provided power cord into the power socket on the back panel, then connect it to a suitable AC outlet.

3.3 Output Connections

Connect your load to the red (+) and black (-) output terminals on the front panel using the provided testing lines or appropriate cables. Ensure connections are secure to prevent arcing or accidental disconnections.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation (Setting Voltage and Current)

Programmable DC power supply operation steps

Figure 3: Basic Operation Steps

  1. Power On: Flip the main power switch on the front panel to the 'ON' position.
  2. Enter Setting Mode: Press the "U/I" key once to enter voltage setting mode. Press it a second time to enter current setting mode. The digit being adjusted will blink.
  3. Navigate Digits: Use the left "<" and right ">" arrow keys to move the blinking digit.
  4. Adjust Value: Rotate the adjustment knob clockwise to increase the value or counter-clockwise to decrease it. Alternatively, use the up "^" and down "v" arrow keys to increment or decrement the blinking digit by 1.
  5. Enable Output: Once the desired voltage and current are set, press the "OUTPUT" key to enable the power output. The display will show "CV" for constant voltage output or "CC" for constant current output.

4.2 Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) and Over-Current Protection (OCP) Settings

Video 1: Product Overview and Basic Operation

  1. Enter Protection Setting Mode: Press the "OVP/OCP" key once to enter OVP setting mode. Press it a second time to enter OCP setting mode. The digit being adjusted will blink.
  2. Navigate Digits: Use the left "<" and right ">" arrow keys to move the blinking digit.
  3. Adjust Value: Rotate the adjustment knob clockwise to increase the value or counter-clockwise to decrease it. Alternatively, use the up "^" and down "v" arrow keys to increment or decrement the blinking digit by 1.
  4. Toggle Protection: Use the up "^" and down "v" arrow keys to turn OVP/OCP ON or OFF.
  5. Exit Setting Mode: Press the "OVP/OCP" key again to exit the protection setting mode.

4.3 Memory Storage (Shortcut Parameters)

Memory Storage for Voltage and Current
