1. Product Overview

Thank you for choosing the ALLCCX BL3101 Li-ion battery. This battery is designed to provide reliable power for your Hytera PNC370 and PNC 370 two-way radios. Please read this manual carefully to ensure safe and optimal performance.

2. Setup and Initial Use

Initial Charging:

• All new batteries are recommended to be fully charged before first use.
• If the battery has not been used for a long period of time, charge the battery to 50% capacity. Then, turn off the device and remove the A/C power supply (adapter).

3. Operating Instructions

• After completing 2-3 charge and discharge cycles, the battery will achieve its optimum capacity.
• Once the battery is fully charged, unplug it from the power source to prevent overcharging.
• Disconnect the charging unit from the power source when not in use.
• Ensure the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the battery are facing the correct direction when inserting into the device.
• If possible, avoid fully charging and fully discharging the battery to prolong its lifespan.

4. Maintenance and Storage

General Maintenance:

• Improper battery maintenance may cause the battery to over-discharge and damage it permanently.
• To avoid damage due to long-term storage, recharge the battery to 50% capacity at least every 3 months.
• Keep the battery between 15°C and 25°C (57°F to 77°F) for the best performance.

Storage:

• Store batteries at moderate temperatures.
• If batteries will not be used for an extended period, remove them from the device and keep them under normal indoor room conditions.
• Isolate the battery from metallic objects such as coins, clips, or pens when carrying an additional battery to prevent short circuits.

5. Safety and Handling Warnings

WARNING: Improper handling can lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.

• Do not apply batteries to reverse polarity or other devices not specified for this battery.
• Do not continue to charge batteries beyond the specified time.
• Do not crush, drop, mutilate, or penetrate with foreign objects.
• Do not use or charge the batteries if they appear to be leaking, discolored, rusty, deformed, emit an odor, or otherwise seem abnormal.
• Do not spill water on the battery or get it wet.
• Do not dispose of batteries in a fire or trash incinerator, or leave batteries in hot places or under direct sunlight (e.g., inside a vehicle).
• Do not attempt to disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery.
• To prevent damage, extreme temperatures, vibration, and shock should be avoided.
• When the battery is on fire, do not use water to extinguish the fire; please use sand or other non-combustible materials.
• Properly store or discard batteries away from a young child's reach.
• Dispose of batteries according to the local laws and regulations of your region.

7. Warranty and Support

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty period for ALLCCX Li-ion batteries is 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Upon inspection by ChunChenXing's authorized technician, any defect resulting from normal use will be eligible for free repair services.
• This warranty will be voided if the product:
  • Has been modified or repaired in any way by persons other than ChunChenXing technicians.
  • Has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident, acts of God, natural calamity, or damage arising from transportation of the product.
• ChunChenXing Technology Limited shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of our products.
