Setup

1. Assembly:
   • Carefully unpack all components from the packaging.
   • Attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum cleaner until it clicks securely into place.
   • Ensure the brush roll is correctly installed in the brush head.
2. Charging:
   • Place the Redkey W12 onto its charging station.
   • Connect the power adapter to the charging station and then to a power outlet.
   • The battery indicator on the smart LED screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.
3. Filling the Clean Water Tank:
   • Remove the clean water tank from the main body.
   • Open the tank cap and fill with clean water (and a suitable floor cleaning solution if desired, following solution instructions). Do not overfill.
   • Securely close the cap and reattach the tank to the vacuum cleaner.

Getting Started:

1. Power On: Press the Power Button on the handle to turn on the Redkey W12.
2. Smart LED Screen: The smart LED screen provides real-time information about the device's status.

   • Brush Roll Blocking Indicator: Alerts if the brush roll is obstructed.
   • Clean Water Shortage Indicator: Lights up when the clean water tank needs refilling.
   • Wastewater Tank Indicator: Indicates when the wastewater tank is full and needs emptying.
   • Water Spray Button: Press to activate water spray for mopping.
   • Battery Indicator: Shows the current battery level.
3. Wet and Dry Cleaning:
   • The Redkey W12 is designed to vacuum and mop simultaneously, effectively cleaning both wet spills and dry debris.
   • Push the vacuum cleaner forward and pull it back slowly over the area to be cleaned.
   • For stubborn wet messes, use the water spray function by pressing the Water Spray Button.

4. Power Off: Press the Power Button again to turn off the device.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Redkey W12.

1. Self-Cleaning Function:
   • After each use, place the Redkey W12 on its charging station.
   • Press the Self-Cleaning Button on the handle. The device will automatically clean the brush roll.
   • This process uses clean water to rinse the brush roll and suctions away dirty water, eliminating the need for manual brush cleaning.

2. Emptying the Wastewater Tank:
   • The smart LED screen will indicate when the wastewater tank is full.
   • Remove the wastewater tank from the main body.
   • Carefully empty the contents into a sink or toilet. The Redkey W12 separates solid and liquid waste, making disposal easier and preventing sewer clogging.
   • Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and reattach it.

3. Cleaning the Brush Roll:
   • Even with self-cleaning, occasional manual cleaning of the brush roll may be necessary.
   • Remove the brush roll cover and then the brush roll.
   • Use the provided multi-purpose cleaning tool to remove any tangled hair or debris.
   • Rinse the brush roll under running water and allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.
4. Cleaning the HEPA Filter:
   • The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction performance.
   • Remove the HEPA filter (located near the wastewater tank).
   • Tap it gently to remove loose dust or rinse it under running water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
