User Tips
- Voltage Compatibility: This product is designed for 220V-240V power supplies. It will NOT work in regions with 110V outlets (e.g., America, Canada, Japan) without a suitable voltage converter. Using it with incorrect voltage can damage the appliance and void the warranty.
- Pre-soaking Rice: For softer rice, consider pre-soaking it for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Flavorful Rice: For added flavor, you can add a small amount of oil or butter to the rice before cooking.
- Steam Vent: Always ensure the steam vent on the lid is clear and unobstructed during operation to prevent pressure buildup.
- Inner Pot Care: To maintain the non-stick coating, avoid using metal utensils inside the pot. Use the provided plastic rice paddle or other non-abrasive utensils.
