- Ensure both devices are fully charged.

- Ensure the collar is fitted snugly enough for the dog to feel the vibration.
- Battery not holding charge:
- Ensure you are using the original charging cable and a reliable USB power source.

User Tips
- Start Low: Always begin with the lowest tone style or vibration level and gradually increase it until your dog responds. The goal is to get their attention, not to cause discomfort.
- Consistency is Key: Use the collar consistently and in conjunction with verbal commands and positive reinforcement for best results.
- Short Training Sessions: Keep training sessions short and positive to prevent your dog from becoming overwhelmed or associating the collar with negative experiences.
- Never Leave Unattended: Do not leave the collar on your dog for extended periods (more than 12 hours) or unsupervised, as it can cause skin irritation if not properly fitted or if left on too long.
- Observe Your Dog: Pay close attention to your dog's reactions. If they show signs of stress or fear, stop the training and consult with a professional dog trainer.
- Practice in Different Environments: Once your dog understands the commands in a quiet environment, gradually introduce distractions to reinforce their training.
