4.1 Power Supply Options
The camera offers two power supply options:
- POE 48V Option: This version supports Power over Ethernet (POE) and can be powered directly from an 802.3AF Standard 48V POE Switch. It also includes an auxiliary power supply connector, allowing it to be used as a Non-POE IP camera with a DC 12V/2A power adapter.
- DC 12V Option: This is a regular version that does not support POE. It must be powered by a DC 12V/2A power adapter.
Note: The product package does not include a power adapter or POE switch. These must be purchased separately if required.

The camera is designed for simple installation. You will typically only need a hammer and a screwdriver to mount the camera in your desired location.
4.4 Integrated System Setup
The camera can be integrated into various security systems:
- System 1 (Live View): Camera + POE Switch + Router + Computer. This setup allows for live viewing via CMS software on a computer.
- System 2 (Recording & Monitoring): Camera + POE Switch + Router + NVR + Monitor. This system is recommended for stable and reliable video recording and monitoring.
Note: While System 1 can save video via CMS software, it requires the computer to be constantly on. System 2 with an NVR is generally more convenient and reliable for video storage.
5. Operation
5.1 P2P Cloud Function
The camera supports P2P Cloud Function, allowing you to check the video anytime and anywhere using a cellphone or computer. This ensures you have control over your surveillance at all times.
5.2 H.265 Video Compression
The camera supports H.265 encoding, which offers significant advantages over H.264:
- Half Bandwidth: Transits the same quality image with only half the bandwidth.
- Half Storage: Records the same quality image using only half the storage space.
- Compatibility: Compatible with both H.264 and H.265 devices.
5.3 IR Night Vision
The camera features 18pcs 940nm invisible LED IR for night vision. Unlike 850nm IR light, 940nm IR light is invisible to the naked eye, meaning the LED light will not change to red when operating.
The built-in IR CUT filter enhances color purity during the daytime and improves night vision clarity, making images more vivid.
5.4 Onvif Protocol Support
This camera supports the Onvif protocol, making it compatible with most Network Video Recorders (NVRs) that also support Onvif. This ensures easy integration into existing surveillance systems.

7. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their solutions:
- NVR Compatibility: This camera defaults to 4/5MP resolution and H.265 compression. If your NVR does not support these specifications, you can change the camera's settings to 1080P (2MP) and H.264 compression for compatibility.
- Cloud Storage: This device does NOT support Cloud Storage. Do not attempt to purchase or use Cloud Storage features within the “Linklemo” app, as they will not function with this camera.
- No Power: Ensure the camera is correctly connected to a power source. If using the POE 48V option, verify your POE switch is 802.3AF standard. If using the DC 12V option, ensure the 12V power adapter is functioning correctly.
- No Video Feed: Check network connections (RJ45 cable). Verify that the camera's IP address is correctly configured (Dynamic by default, or Static if manually set). Ensure your viewing software (browser, CMS, app) is properly configured and connected to the camera.
