Setup Instructions
The Srihome CCTV system is designed for plug-and-play installation. Follow these steps to set up your system:
1. Connect the NVR
- Connect the 12V2A power adapter to the NVR's power interface.
- Connect a monitor or TV to the NVR using either the HDMI or VGA port.
- Connect the USB mouse to one of the NVR's USB2.0 ports.
- For remote access and app control, connect the NVR to your internet router using the provided LAN cable.
- (Optional) If you plan to install an internal Hard Disk Drive (HDD) for continuous recording, ensure the NVR is powered off before opening the casing and connecting the SATA interface.
2. Power On Cameras
- Connect each IPC057 camera to its respective 5V power supply.
- Plug the power supplies into electrical outlets.
3. System Initialization
- Once the NVR and cameras are powered on, the cameras will automatically connect to the NVR via its 2.4G WiFi.

Operating the System
1. NVR Interface
Navigate the NVR interface using the connected USB mouse. The interface allows you to view live feeds, configure camera settings, manage recording, and access playback options. The NVR supports up to 8 cameras.
2. Mobile App Access (SriHome App)
For remote viewing and control, download the SriHome App on your iOS or Android device. Scan the QR codes below to download the app:

Once installed, follow the in-app instructions to add your NVR system. You can view live feeds, manage settings, and receive notifications directly on your smartphone. The app supports up to 8 channels on the same screen.
3. Two-Way Audio
The cameras feature built-in microphones and speakers, enabling two-way audio communication. Use the SriHome app to speak through the camera and listen to audio from the camera's location.

4. Motion Detection and Alarms
Configure motion detection settings via the NVR interface or SriHome app. When motion is detected, the system can send push notifications to your mobile device, trigger recording, or activate a siren (if supported by camera model).

5. Night Vision Modes
The cameras support multiple night vision modes:
- Day Vision: Standard color video during daylight hours.
- Infrared Night Vision: Black and white video in low-light conditions using IR LEDs.
- Full Color Night Vision: Activates white lights on the camera when human figures are detected at night, providing color video.

6. Wireless Bridge Function
The system utilizes a wireless bridge function to extend the WiFi distance for cameras. In an open environment, the WiFi connection distance can be up to 60 meters. In a partition environment (through walls), the continuous distance is typically 10-25 meters. Actual performance may vary based on environmental factors.

Maintenance
- HDD Management: If an HDD is installed, regularly check its status and ensure sufficient storage space. The NVR supports up to 16TB. Refer to the NVR interface or app for recording duration estimates based on HDD capacity.
- Camera Cleaning: Periodically clean the camera lenses with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image quality.
- Firmware Updates: Check the SriHome app or official website for any available firmware updates for your NVR and cameras to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Environmental Protection: The IPC057 cameras are IP66 waterproof, providing effective protection against dust and water. However, avoid submerging the cameras or exposing them to extreme conditions beyond their rating.

Troubleshooting
- No Video Feed: Ensure all power adapters are securely connected to both the NVR and cameras. Check if the monitor is correctly connected to the NVR via HDMI or VGA.
- "Network Not Working" on NVR: Verify that the cameras are powered on and within the NVR's WiFi range. If using the LAN cable for NVR internet access, ensure it's properly connected to your router and the router has an active internet connection.
- App Connection Issues: Make sure your NVR is connected to the internet via LAN cable. Confirm your mobile device has an active internet connection. Re-scan the QR code in the app to re-add the device if necessary.
- No Recording: Check if an HDD is installed in the NVR. Ensure the HDD is properly formatted and has sufficient free space. Verify recording schedules and settings in the NVR interface or app.
- Poor Night Vision: Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions. For full-color night vision, ensure the white lights are enabled in settings and there are no strong light sources directly interfering.
- Intermittent WiFi Connection: Reposition cameras or the NVR to minimize physical obstructions (thick walls, metal objects) that might interfere with the wireless signal.

User Tips
- Optimal WiFi Range: For the best wireless performance, try to place cameras and the NVR in locations with minimal physical obstructions like thick walls or large metal objects. The wireless bridge function extends range, but direct line-of-sight is always best.
- Continuous Recording: If you require continuous recording, ensure you install a compatible Hard Disk Drive (HDD) in the NVR. Regularly check the HDD status and available space through the NVR interface or the SriHome app.
- App Connectivity: Always ensure your NVR is connected to the internet via the LAN cable for seamless remote access and notifications through the SriHome app.
- Two-Way Audio Use: Utilize the two-way audio feature for convenient communication with visitors or to deter unwanted activity.
