4. Setup

  1. Charge the System: Before first use, ensure both the transmitter(s) and receiver(s) are fully charged using the provided charging case and USB-C cable. The charging case has a digital power display.
  2. Power On: Simply remove the transmitter(s) and receiver(s) from the charging case. They will automatically power on.
  3. Connect Receiver:
    • For Smartphones (iOS/Android): Plug the appropriate receiver (Lightning or Type-C) directly into your phone's charging/data port.
    • For Cameras/Computers: Plug the camera-compatible receiver into your camera's microphone input or computer's audio input.
  4. Automatic Pairing: The transmitter(s) and receiver(s) will automatically pair with each other upon powering on. A solid indicator light on both units typically signifies a successful connection.
  5. Attach Transmitter: Clip the transmitter to your clothing, hat, or use a magnetic mounting option for optimal sound capture. Ensure it is positioned close to the speaker's mouth.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Recording

Once the system is set up and paired, open your preferred recording application on your smartphone, camera, or computer. The AirWave microphone will be recognized as the audio input device. Begin recording as usual.

5.2 Noise Cancellation

The transmitter features a one-button noise cancellation function. Press the designated button on the TX unit to activate or deactivate noise cancellation. This helps to reduce ambient background noise, providing clearer audio in noisy environments.

5.3 Gain/Volume Control

The receiver (RX) unit includes onboard controls to adjust the audio gain. There are 3 levels of gain available. Adjust the gain as needed to achieve optimal recording levels without distortion. This also allows for convenient playback through the receiver when plugged into a device.

5.4 Charging and Extended Use

The charging case provides multiple full charges for the transmitter and receiver units. The digital display on the case indicates the remaining power. 6. Maintenance
