4.2 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
To fully utilize your doorbell's features, download and set up the CloudEdge app:
- Download the CloudEdge app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register for an account and log in.
- Power on your doorbell using the ON-OFF switch.
- In the app, tap the "+" sign to add a new device.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your device type (Video Doorbell).
- Ensure your smartphone and the doorbell are close to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router. The doorbell is compatible only with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
- Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- The app will generate a QR code. Remove any protective film from the doorbell's lens. Hold your phone with the QR code approximately 15-20 cm (5-8 inches) in front of the doorbell's camera lens until you hear a confirmation sound.
- Once connected, the doorbell will be added to your app.

5.1 Two-Way Audio
The doorbell features high-quality two-way talk with noise cancellation. When a visitor presses the doorbell or motion is detected, you will receive a notification on your phone. You can then open the app to see, hear, and speak to the person at your door. The doorbell also supports pre-recorded 10-, 20-, and 30-second voice messages for quick responses.
