Setup and Programming
This remote control uses a face-to-face copying method to duplicate the code from your original remote. Follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Clear the History Code from the Duplicator
- Press button A and B continuously until the LED flashes 3 times.
- Release button B (while keeping button A pressed).
- Press button B slowly 3 times. The LED will flash quickly.
- Release button A. The code is now cleared.
Step 2: Copy Code from the Original Transmitter
- Place the new duplicator remote and the original transmitter as close to each other as possible.
- Press and hold button A of the original transmitter.
- While still holding button A of the original transmitter, press and hold button A of the new duplicator remote until you see the duplicator's LED flash.
- Release both buttons. The code for button A is now copied.
- Repeat this process for any other buttons you wish to program.
Operation
Once programmed, your new remote control functions identically to your original Marantec remote. Simply press the corresponding button to activate the desired function, such as opening or closing your garage door.
