4.1 Mounting Options

4.2 Connecting Power
Connect the provided car charger to the device's power input and your vehicle's 12V power outlet. The device requires continuous power to operate.
4.3 Optional Camera and GPS Connections
If you have the optional rear view camera and GPS module, connect them to the designated ports on the device. Refer to the wiring diagram for proper connection.


4.4 Initial Power-On
Once connected to power, the device will start up automatically. It features a fast startup time of approximately 5 seconds.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Wireless CarPlay Connection
- Open your iPhone's Settings.
- Turn on Bluetooth.
- Search for the device's Bluetooth name (e.g., TF790BT_24461ace) and connect.
- Confirm connection to use CarPlay.

5.2 Wireless Android Auto Connection
- Open your Android phone's Settings.
- Navigate to Connected devices and turn on Bluetooth.
- Select 'Pair new device' and find the device's Bluetooth name (e.g., TF790BT_24461ace).
- Click 'Pair' to establish the connection.

5.3 Apple AirPlay / Android Mirror Link
For screen mirroring:
- Ensure your mobile phone is connected to the device's WiFi.
- Open the Apple pull-up menu (for iOS) or equivalent (for Android) to find Screen Mirroring.
- Click to connect to 'zj-airplay' or the corresponding mirror link option.

5.4 Audio Output Options
The device supports multiple audio output methods:
- FM Transmitter: Tune the device and your car radio to the same FM frequency.
- AUX Output: Connect the provided AUX cable from the device to your car's AUX-IN port. Ensure your car stereo is set to AUX mode.

5.9 GPS Driving Track Playback
The optional GPS module allows for driving track history playback. This is not for real-time navigation on the device itself. To view the driving track history, download and install the "GVPlayer" application on your computer.

- CarPlay/Android Auto Bluetooth Connection Issues: The device supports dual Bluetooth modes. CarPlay's Bluetooth does not connect directly to your car radio's Bluetooth. Once your phone is connected to the device via Bluetooth, the device can then connect to your car radio's Bluetooth.
- Android Auto Compatibility: Android Auto may not support Huawei phones as their mobile phone system is not a standard Android system.
- WiFi Connection Failure: If your mobile phone's WiFi connection fails, manually select the device's WiFi (TFXXX-XXX) in your phone's settings. It should automatically connect next time.
- App Version Issues: If connection fails, ensure your Android Auto application and its dependent applications are updated to the latest version.
- Screen Mirroring Restrictions: Some video content may be restricted by copyright and may not support screencasting.
- No Audio via AUX: When using the AUX cable for audio output, ensure your car stereo is set to AUX mode. Otherwise, there will be no sound.
- T86D Model: Note that the T86D model does not include a front-facing camera.

- For optimal audio quality when using the AUX cable, always remember to switch your car's audio input to AUX mode.
