The L600 PRO MAX is a high-performance quadcopter featuring 360° laser obstacle avoidance, a 4K HD dual camera with a 3-axis EIS electro-mechanical stabilization gimbal, GPS positioning, and a brushless motor for stable and powerful flight. It offers advanced intelligent flight modes and a foldable design for portability.

2. Safety Guidelines

⚠️ For recreation use only. Illegal modification of drones/planes is prohibited. Please also pay attention to the relevant laws and regulations on the use of drones/planes in your country/area to ensure legal use.

  • Always operate the drone in open areas, away from people, animals, buildings, and other obstacles.
  • Maintain a safe distance from the drone during operation.
  • Do not fly in strong winds, rain, or other adverse weather conditions. The drone has a wind resistance level of 5.
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged before each flight.
  • Regularly inspect the drone for any damage to propellers, motors, or body.
  • Keep hands and face away from rotating propellers.
  • Do not operate the drone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Respect privacy and do not use the drone to photograph or record individuals without their consent.

4. Product Overview

4.1 Drone Components

The L600 PRO MAX features a 360° laser obstacle avoider (optional), a GPS module, a 4K HD camera, and a three-axis mechanical head for stable imaging. It is powered by a brushless motor and integrates multiple sensors for powerful performance.

4.2 Remote Control Overview

The remote control includes a mobile phone rack, an LCD display screen, joysticks for flight control (left for rise/fall/turn left/right, right for forward/backward/left and right side flying), GPS switch, long-term geomagnetic calibration button, indicator light, power switch, one-click return button, unlock take-off button, short press for photo, long press for video recording, roller camera adjustment, and roller speed conversion.

4.3 APP Interface Analysis

The APP interface provides comprehensive control and information, including unlock/lock, function show/hide, heading angle, aircraft battery status, flight speed, video/photo capture, emergency stop, one key return, number of GPS satellites, flight distance, calibration, camera switch, 180° flip, picture-in-picture, VR Mode, speed adjustment, navigation, multi-point sailing, one-click surround, smart follow, headless mode, gesture photo, music, filter, screen rotation, PTZ control, and find a plane function.

5. Initial Setup

5.1 Charging the Battery

The drone uses a 7.4V/4500mAh lithium battery, providing up to 28 minutes of flight time. The remote controller uses a 3.7V/350mAh lithium battery. Use the provided USB charging cable to charge both batteries. Charging time for the drone battery is approximately 4 hours.

5.2 Unfolding the Drone

The L600 PRO MAX features a foldable design for easy transport. Carefully unfold the arms of the drone until they click into place. Ensure all arms are fully extended and locked before flight.

5.3 Propeller Installation

Attach the propellers to the corresponding motor shafts. Ensure they are securely fastened. Refer to the markings on the propellers and motors for correct orientation (e.g., A and B propellers).

5.4 Obstacle Avoidance Device Installation (Optional)

If your model includes the 360° laser obstacle avoidance device, attach it to the designated slot on top of the drone. This device automatically detects obstacles within 20 meters.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Flight Operations

After powering on the drone and remote control, ensure they are paired. Use the one-click take-off button for easy launch. The drone utilizes GPS and Optical Flow dual mode for stable hovering and positioning, even in windy conditions.

6.2 Intelligent Flight Modes

  • GPS Pointing Flight: Plan a route on the APP map, and the drone will fly independently along the pre-set path.
  • GPS Intelligent Tracking / Image Following: The drone can identify a shooting object and perform automatic following flight.
  • Fixed Point Surround: Set a center point, and the drone will orbit it at a specified radius.
  • Waypoint Flight: Program specific waypoints on the map for the drone to follow.

6.3 Camera Functions

The L600 PRO MAX is equipped with a 4K HD dual camera and a 3-axis EIS electro-mechanical stabilization gimbal. The camera angle can be adjusted by 90° via the remote controller. The gimbal provides effective anti-shake for clear images.

6.4 Obstacle Avoidance

The 360° laser obstacle avoidance system (if equipped) allows the drone to automatically detect and avoid obstacles within a 20-meter range, enhancing flight safety, especially in complex environments like flying through corridors or near glass surfaces.

6.5 Return to Home (RTH) Functions

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the drone and remote control. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals.
  • Propellers: Inspect propellers for cracks or damage before each flight. Replace damaged propellers immediately using the provided spare parts and screwdriver.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If not used for a long time, charge them to about 50-60% capacity.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in its knapsack to protect it from dust and physical damage.
