Troubleshooting

The LCD does not display anything when batteries are installed.

  • Check if the two batteries loaded are new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries.
  • Ensure the batteries are properly placed as per the +/- marks.
  • If no button operation is performed within 30 seconds, the LCD screen will go to sleep. Press any button to light it up.

Water does not come out at the pre-set time.

  • Check if the current time is set incorrectly.
  • Ensure the start time for watering is set accurately.
  • If you have made recent changes to the current time or timing program, the timer will execute the watering plan according to the latest settings.
  • Verify that you are not currently setting a timing program plan.
  • Check if the Delay function is on. Clear it if necessary.
  • Ensure the timer is not in OFF Mode.
  • The battery power might be exhausted. Replace with new batteries.
  • The filter might be jammed with dirt. Clear or replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the faucet is turned on.

The hose tap connection/outlet leaks.

  • Check if the filter is well pressed to the end of the tap connection.
  • Inspect the hose tap connection/outlet/water pipe for damage.
  • If the faucet/water pipe has a different thread inconsistent with that of the timer, use an appropriate adapter, O-ring, quick connector, or PTFE tape if needed.

User Tips

  • Single Start Time: The timer supports one primary start time and then repeats based on the set frequency ('How Often'). It does not support setting multiple distinct start times (e.g., 5 AM and 9 PM daily) without using the frequency interval.
  • Connector Type: Always double-check whether you need a Type-A (BS Connector) or Type-B (UN Connector) based on your country's plumbing standards (e.g., US, Canada, Mexico typically use Type-B).
  • Battery Check: Regularly check the battery indicator on the display to avoid unexpected interruptions in your watering schedule.

The warranty covers problems of non-artificial damage, excluding wearing parts/accompanied accessories, and provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
