6. Setup
6.1 Battery Installation (Water Timer)

7. App Installation and Pairing
7.1 Download the Smart Life App
Download the 'Smart Life' app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
7.2 Connect to 2.4GHz WiFi
Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. The Insoma system only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.
7.3 Pairing the WiFi Hub and Water Timer
- Open the Smart Life app and create an account or log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add the WiFi Hub.
- Once the WiFi Hub is added, follow the in-app instructions to add the Insoma Water Timer. The app will guide you through the pairing process.
- You can connect up to 32 water timers to one WiFi Hub, allowing for extensive smart irrigation coverage.

8. Operating Instructions
The Insoma Water Timer offers various watering modes and smart features through the Smart Life app.
8.1 Independent Zone Control
The timer has two independent outlets (Zone A and Zone B). Each zone can be programmed with its own unique watering schedule. You can set up to 10 programs per zone, totaling 20 programs for the entire timer.

8.2 Timed Watering Mode
This mode allows you to set specific watering times. Customize the start time, water duration, and the weekly cycle (e.g., specific days of the week, odd days, even days, or every few days) to match your plants' needs.
8.3 Cyclical Watering Mode
In cyclical mode, the timer will repeat watering within a preset start and end time frame. You can define the irrigation duration and the interval time between watering cycles.

8.4 Manual Watering
You can initiate manual watering at any time without interrupting your preset schedules. Simply use the app to set a custom duration (from 1 minute to 23 hours 59 minutes) for immediate watering.

8.5 Rain Delay
If rain is expected or occurring, you can activate the rain delay feature. This will pause your programmed watering schedule for 1 to 7 days, automatically resuming afterward. This helps conserve water and prevents overwatering.
