3. Setup Instructions
The K500 Pro keyboard supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth. Use the toggle switch located on the side of the keyboard to select your desired mode.
3.1 Wired Connection
- Set the toggle switch on the keyboard to the 'OFF' position.
- Connect the keyboard to your device using the provided USB-C cable.
3.2 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Set the toggle switch on the keyboard to the '2.4G' position.
- Insert the 2.4G wireless dongle into an available USB port on your device.
- Press and hold the FN + 4$ keys simultaneously for three seconds to initiate pairing. The keyboard's indicator light will confirm successful connection.
3.3 Bluetooth Connection
- Set the toggle switch on the keyboard to the 'BT' position.
- Press and hold the FN + 1, FN + 2, or FN + 3 keys simultaneously for three seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode for the respective profile.
- On your device, open Bluetooth settings and select "K500 Pro-B94W 3.0" or "K500 Pro-B94W 5.0" to pair.

4.3 Battery Life and Charging

5. Maintenance
5.1 Hot-Swappable Switches
The K500 Pro features a full-key hot-swappable design, compatible with both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. This allows for easy customization and replacement of switches without soldering.
- Using the provided keycap puller, carefully remove the desired keycap.
- Using the provided switch puller, gently grip the switch and pull it straight up to remove it.
- Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent.
- Replace the keycap.

5.2 Keycap Care
The keyboard uses Doubleshot PBT keycaps, known for their durability and resistance to shine from intense use. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the keycap material or legends.

6. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the mode switch is set correctly (Wired, 2.4G, or BT). For wireless modes, confirm the dongle is properly inserted (2.4G) or Bluetooth is enabled and paired on your device. Try restarting the keyboard and your device.
- Keys not responding: Check if the keyboard is powered on and connected. If using wireless, ensure sufficient battery. For specific keys, the hot-swappable nature allows for individual switch replacement if a switch is faulty.
- RGB lighting issues: Use the FN key combinations (FN+Right SHIFT, FN+ENTER, FN+↑/↓, FN+←/→) to cycle through effects, change colors, and adjust brightness/speed. Ensure the keyboard is not in a low-power mode that might dim or disable lighting.
