2. Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical products to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
- Do not use the charger if it is damaged, cracked, or has frayed cables.
- Ensure the charging environment is dry and well-ventilated.
- Do not immerse the charger in water or other liquids.
- Keep children and pets away from the charging area.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the charger.
- Always connect the charger to a properly grounded outlet.
- Unplug the charger from the power source when not in use or before cleaning.

3. Setup
Before first use, ensure all components are present and undamaged.

Initial Connection:
- Uncoil the charging cable completely to prevent overheating.
- Plug the charger's power plug (Schuko or N5-15P) into a suitable wall outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and rated for the charger's current.
- The control box will power on, and the LED indicators will show its status (refer to Section 5 for LED status details).
4. Operating Instructions
Adjusting Charging Current:
The charging current can be adjusted to 8A, 10A, 13A, or 16A. Important: The current can only be adjusted BEFORE charging begins.
- Ensure the charger is plugged into the wall outlet but NOT connected to your EV.
- Press the 'Adjust Current' button on the control box to cycle through the available current settings (8A, 10A, 13A, 16A).
- The selected current will be indicated by the corresponding LED on the control box.
- Once the desired current is set, you can proceed to connect to your EV. The charger will remember this setting for subsequent charges until changed again.

Connecting to Your EV:
- With the charger plugged into the wall and the current set, take the TS-NACS charging plug.
- Press the button on the TS-NACS plug to wirelessly open your Tesla's charging port door.
- Insert the TS-NACS plug firmly into your EV's charging port.
- The charger will automatically detect the connection and begin charging. The LED indicators on the control box will change to reflect the charging status.

Stopping Charging:
- To stop charging, press the button on the TS-NACS plug. This will disengage the charging process.
- Carefully remove the TS-NACS plug from your EV's charging port.
- Unplug the charger from the wall outlet.
- Store the cable neatly to prevent damage.
5. LED Indicator Status
The control box features LED indicators to communicate the charger's status. Refer to the table below for detailed explanations.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from both the power source and the EV before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the control box and cables. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: When not in use, store the charger in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the cable is neatly coiled without kinks or excessive bending.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the cable, plugs, and control box for any signs of damage, wear, or corrosion. If any damage is found, discontinue use and contact customer support.
7. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Charger not powering on: Ensure the power plug is fully inserted into a functional wall outlet. Check the household circuit breaker.
- Charging not starting: Verify the TS-NACS plug is securely connected to the EV. Check the LED indicators for error codes (refer to Section 5). Ensure the current was set before connecting to the EV.
- Overheat Protection Activated: The charger has an automatic cut-off at 75°C and restarts at 65°C. If this occurs, allow the charger to cool down in a well-ventilated area. Ensure the cable is fully uncoiled during use.
- Error Indication: If the LED indicators show an error (e.g., overvoltage, leakage, ground fault), disconnect the charger immediately and consult the LED status table (Section 5) for specific issue identification. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

10. User Tips

- Outdoor Charging: The charger is rated IP66 for waterproof and dustproof use, making it suitable for various outdoor conditions including rain and snow. However, always ensure the power outlet is protected from moisture.
- Cable Management: For optimal performance and safety, always uncoil the entire 5-meter cable before charging to prevent heat buildup. After charging, coil the cable neatly to avoid kinks and damage.
- Plug Type: This manual covers the TS-NACS plug variant. If you require a charger with a different plug type (e.g., Type 2), please ensure you purchase the correct model.
