- Siren Inclusion: The alarm system kits often include a siren. Check your specific kit configuration (W9B1-W9B15) to confirm if an indoor or solar outdoor siren is part of your package.
- Optimal Sensor Placement: For motion sensors, avoid placing them directly facing windows or heat sources to prevent false alarms. For door/window sensors, ensure the two parts are securely mounted and within the specified gap for reliable detection.
- Regular Testing: Periodically test your alarm system and all connected sensors to ensure they are functioning correctly. This includes testing the siren, remote controls, and app notifications.
- SIM Card for GSM: If you intend to use the GSM calling and SMS features, ensure you have a working SIM card with an active plan inserted into the alarm panel.
- Wi-Fi Stability: A stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection is crucial for app control and smart home integration. Ensure your router is within range and provides a strong signal to the alarm panel.
