-
5.3 Positioning the Workpiece
Place the workpiece securely under the cantilever arm. The machine features a three-axis linkage mechanical cantilever for high flexibility and precision, allowing for convenient up/down movement and 360-degree rotation for precise welding.
The three-axis linkage cantilever offers high flexibility and precision for welding. -
5.4 Utilizing the Welding Height Limit Device
The welding height limit device helps improve welding quality and reduce losses by preventing poor welding or laser damage due to improper distance. It supports both forward installation (positioning height imitation) and reverse installation (height imitation).
The welding height limit device ensures optimal distance for consistent weld quality. -
5.5 Performing Welding
Hold the laser welding head and press down easily to initiate welding. The machine is designed for efficient welding of lithium batteries, supporting various materials and welding types.
The handheld downward pressure design simplifies the welding process compared to traditional bulky welding guns. Demonstration of the handheld laser welding process on a lithium battery, showing the precision and ease of use. -
5.6 Supported Materials and Welding Types
The LA-15H02 supports welding various materials with adjustable precision for both thick and thin applications. It is applicable to many industries for lithium battery pack production and maintenance.
Examples of welding applications: LiFePO4 battery studs, aluminum sheet to LiFePO4 battery, new energy vehicle batteries, Cu-Al composite sheet to aluminum electrode, copper sheet to copper electrode, and power soft pack battery.
The machine supports various welding types including butt welding, lap welding, stitch welding, nail welding, crimping welding, T-weld, stack lap welding, and splicing edge welding.
Detailed welding parameters for 2.5mm aluminum sheet, 1.5mm copper sheet, and 2.5mm copper aluminum composite sheet. Recommended welding thickness: 0.3-5mm.
-
5.7 Marking Function
